Hospitality is a Gift
The hospitality project Terrace Sunset Homes was born from the desire to share the gift of hospitality that my family has cultivated for generations.
The two exclusive vacation homes are the result of hospitality as a way of life, designed to make you feel at home from the very first moment: one overlooking the waters of Lake Maggiore in the province of Varese, and the other in the center of Scandicci, a town just a few kilometers from the center of Florence.
The heart of the project are the large private terraces facing west: spaces suspended between the untouchable and the ground where you can be enchanted by the magic of the sunset at the end of an intense day.

Family Tradition
The story of Terrace Sunset Homes has its roots in the family home on Lake Maggiore, where once Aunt Livia managed the Bar Restaurant “Al Pozzo” and where my parents met. Today we carry on that same passion for hospitality, with the same love as always but with today’s professionalism.
