Property Information

The 87 sqm apartment with a private terrace is fully available to guests
The property can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people
Families with children are welcome: the property offers a crib and high chair for free, as well as toys for the little ones.
The holiday home happily welcomes pets – at no extra charge – provided that cleanliness and the house’s spaces are respected.
Currently, the property has architectural barriers that do not allow access for wheelchair users
The tap water in Campagnano comes directly from the mountain and is delicious! Please use the glass carafes provided and help us further reduce plastic consumption!

Location and Transportation

The Sunset View Lago Maggiore holiday home is located in the village of Campagnano in the municipality of Maccagno con Pino e Veddasca.
There are train stations in Maccagno and Luino. To reach Campagnano, there is a bus service, ACTIVE ONLY AT CERTAIN TIMES depending on the time of year. With advance notice and ONLY AT CERTAIN TIMES of the year, a paid transfer service to/from Maccagno or Luino is available.
There are free public parking spaces 20 meters from the property. In the upper part of the village, there are more free parking spaces. Parking in the square is prohibited, but loading/unloading of goods is allowed.
In the village of Campagnano there are no commercial establishments, but you can find the nearest supermarket 5.4 km away in the town of Maccagno.

Property Hours and Rules

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Self check-in is possible through access to a K-box where the keys are stored.
The apartment is located within a building where other residents may be present. Please respect the quiet hours as per the regulations.
We care deeply about recycling and kindly ask you to contribute to the planet’s well-being by separating waste according to the guidelines found inside the house and disposing of it in the appropriate containers.

Services Offered on the Property

Bed linen, towels, kitchen linens, Wi-Fi connection, use of the barbecue and washing machine, and cleaning are included in the rate.

The Sunset View Lago Maggiore holiday home offers a fully equipped kitchen and the possibility to use the BBQ on the terrace.

Booking and Payments

The cancellation policy of the Sunset View Lago Maggiore holiday home provides a full refund of the booking within 7 days of check-in.
