The house features a bright living room with a French sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and single bed, and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and everything needed to prepare your meals. For families with children, we provide a crib, high chair and toys free of charge. Book lovers will appreciate the rich selection of books: book crossing is welcome!

A House with an Ancient Soul
This house tells a story that begins in 1700, when it already appeared in the 18th-century cadastre with plot number 63. It was the residence of the Solera family, a lineage of magistrates and notaries, and it was here that Temistocle Solera grew up, the librettist who in 1841 wrote Nabucco for Giuseppe Verdi, the opera that contains the famous “Va’ pensiero”.
About a century later, Livia, my mother Orietta’s aunt, lived within these walls. Livia managed the bar restaurant “Al Pozzo” on the ground floor, which for decades was the meeting point of the village. My grandmother Maura worked alongside her, serving smiles and coffee to customers and passersby. It was in this very place that my parents, Vittorio and Orietta, met and fell in love. At first sight.
I spent part of my childhood in this house, learning the value of freedom, respect and friendship that only a small village like Campagnano can give. Here I discovered the poignant beauty of the lake and its sunsets over the mountains.
Today, together with Angela who takes care of cleaning and maintaining the house, we lovingly carry forward the hospitality project started by my parents, putting all our energy into ensuring you can breathe the peace and good vibrations of this place where life still flows slowly, as it once did.

With its 70 inhabitants in winter, the village maintains an intimate and familiar atmosphere, where after a few days you’ll find yourself exchanging greetings with the residents.
