Hospitality is a Gift
The hospitality project Terrace Sunset Homes was born from the desire to share the gift of hospitality that my family has cultivated for generations. The home vacation based on Lombardy coast of Lake Maggiore and the co-living in Scandicci, a town on the outskirts of Florence, are the result of years of work and a family passion for welcoming friends.

Two private terraces overlooking the Tuscan hills of San Martino alla Palma, where you can stroll through the Chianti vineyards and savor authentic Tuscan life just a stone’s throw from the Renaissance wonders of downtown Florence.

Who's behind Terrace Sunset Homes
My name is Michela, and I grew up with the stories of hospitality from my parents and grandmother, breathing in the importance of making people feel at home from a young age.
Carrying on this project means preserving a family tradition and valuing territories I deeply love. I believe in conscious tourism that respects the environment and supports local communities.
My goal is to let you experience the Italy I love: breathtaking sunsets, villages where time stands still, genuine flavors. I want you to return home with a piece of the serenity that only these places can offer.
